  • Responsibilities
  • Prepare, conduct and facilitate hazard identification, risk analysis and mitigation plan      
  • Prepare Regular Management Review on Safety Management System and update SMS database
  • Prepare the safety promotion material
  • Prepare the staff Safety Training with training section
  • Implement the corrective actions resulting from quality discrepancy reporting system and identify any non-conformances  
  • Prepare, conduct and follow up audits as assigned in accordance with Annual Audit Plan
  • prepare, escort and follow up CAD audit programme and ensures the Audit Corrective Action Plan is produced and that timely responses are received, are acceptable and forwarded to the CAD
  • Monitoring on outstanding finding in the HKA Quality System
  • Assist to prepare Auditor Authorization for approval
  • Assist to prepare and lead external party audit to HKA (IOSA Audit)
  • Assist to establish and monitor Audit finding database
  • Assist to perform audit finding analysis and corrective actions suggestion accordingly
  • Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the superior
  • Requirements
  • Degree/ tertiary education level or above in Engineering discipline, or equivalent is preferred
  • At least 5 years’ aircraft maintenance / engineering / safety management or relevant working experience
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details        
  • SMS and Airworthiness course training                
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer, Safety
